I Got Another Six On Monday

I could change the amounts in the profile today. I am finally back to under the weight I used to be before I visited SA in January. So this is the lowest weight I have been in years. I’ve 2 mini goals in mind. Very pleased with the veggie garden. We’ve sweetcorn ready but only my husband is eating that as I dont think it is on my diet program! But I am having lovely fresh lettuce each night for supper with parsely and thyme.

Am also placing tomato, onion rings, avocado and a small amount of feta cheese and then olive oil. I had formed lots of salads last week in Joburg and have now got a taste on their behalf. Met an ex colleague on Monday who I had not seen for 6 years. She did not recognise me till I acquired close. She is also losing weight and had been on a diet for 5 weeks and says she actually is going low carb.

I have offered to help her. Once a week and we can weigh in jointly Maybe I can go around. I can certainly lend her some books. On Monday I got another six. Week plan Atkins Advantage 12, Sb cookery books 4 of these, 500 low carbohydrate receipes. 2 to come Still.

Found some soya flour in Lusaka on Sunday however, not sure how to proceed with it. I dont want to rock and roll the sail boat by seeking to make low carbohydrate bread or biscuits as I am feeling this is working so well. Once I get down to under the 140lb mark then I can begin adding things into the diet and see what I can eat and still stay under that weight. Got a dinner party on Sunday so must plan a menu.

Also got a business supper on 14th March and may go out with boy and in laws on the Friday night. Dr Agagston experienced the right advice and said never to try and decrease before a celebration as you then get so starving you overeat at the do. Better to stick to same routine before and later on. Go back to phase 1 if you have really overdone it at the evening away. I will try to do that. As over those 2 days we will be eating out Fri lunch and supper and then Sat lunch and dinner. Will attempt and stick to salads seafood and rooster and wish I can maintain weight and not put on. Sometime this weekend Will try on posh frock and choose shoes. 12 months Ft have shrunk from size 8 to size 7 since last.

Nutrition-wise this week I am at the tail end of the 21 day fix. As crazy as it seems to think you will need color coded containers to show you how to consume right, i have already been helped because of it. Could I have looked in the measurements of these boxes online and did it myself?

Absolutely. For me personally, it was precisely what I needed to monitor what I was consuming and help me reunite on the right track. Interesting enough, there were a couple of days in my own food tracking where I actually did not eat enough food. That honestly shocked me as I would have told you I always ate a lot and then some. So, long story short, the colored boxes, the tracking and the shakeology have all been a huge help me.
